4:13 Strong is a 6-8 month residential program that provides men with both the opportunity and the tools to succeed personally and professionally.

When a man builds a stable life, the impact reaches far beyond him. Families heal. Employers gain reliable workers. Our communities spend less resources responding to crisis and more time building toward a stronger future.
60 Men
Trained per Year
We have the capacity to train 60 men every year, at least half of whom are at high risk of going or returning to incarceration. Our program teaches men to be better citizens, employees, husbands and fathers, reducing the risk of their children and family members entering a life of crime and poverty.
$870K
Savings per Year
Prison sentences cost taxpayers $29,000 per year per incarcerated individual. Our work to keep men out of prison results in as much as $870,000 in annual savings to the state, plus additional financial gain from reduced unemployment and welfare benefits among our graduates.

Job Placements
Over the past six years, we have secured full-time employment for 188 men with 20 construction companies. As Tennessee experiences growth and development, our men train specifically for construction trades and are ready to fill the need for skilled construction workers.
